A well-defined midline lesion (arrow) in the suprasellar region involving the hypothalamus projecting into the suprasellar cistern and third ventricle .
The mass is isointense to parenchyma on T1,T2 weighted images and FLAIR with no significant post-contrast enhancement.
Pituitary gland and rest of the structures are within normal limits.
